    Suggestion:

    In order to make the first meeting effective, we recommend that you prepare your legal questions for the lawyer in advance. If you have received proceedings from a court, please send a scanned copy by email to an.he@heanavocat.com。

    For the first consultation, we will invite you to explain the reasons for seeking legal advice and to outline the facts surrounding your personal and family situation. The lawyer will ask you questions to properly assess the circumstances and facts of your case. The lawyer will explore with you the best options for your case and advises you on the steps and procedures to undertake, if necessary. We will estimate on costs your case might incur (legal fees and other fees) so that you can decide whether you want us to represent you.

    Except otherwise indicated, currency shown in this website is CAD.

    Government fees and disbursements (applicable taxes, translation fees, medical insurance premiums, medical examination fees, court costs, experts fees etc.) are not included and shall be borne by the client.
